Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 3 medium Honeycrisp Apples or Granny Smith for tartness
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice or lime juice
  • 1 cup Celery sliced; can substitute with cucumber
  • 1 cup Seedless Red Grapes halved; dried cranberries can be used
  • ½ cup Pecans or almonds/walnuts
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries or raisins/dried cherries
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar or honey/maple syrup

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash 2–3 Honeycrisp apples thoroughly, chop into bite-sized cubes, and toss in lemon juice.
  2. Combine ½ cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon brown sugar, whisk until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine prepared apples, 1 cup celery, 1 cup grapes, ½ cup pecans, and ½ cup cranberries.
  4. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss until well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve in bowls or on a platter, enjoying the colorful presentation.
