  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Fresh oregano can be swapped for a vibrant flavor.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by washing the romaine lettuce under cold running water. Dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or kitchen towel.
  2. Thinly slice the dried romaine lettuce crosswise into approximately ½-inch pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
  3. Finely chop fresh dill and slice green onions. Add these into the bowl with the romaine.
  4. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-emulsified.
  5. Drizzle dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat.
  6. Optionally, add diced cucumber, crumbled feta, or Kalamata olives, folding them in carefully.
  7. Serve immediately for the best freshness.
